Do I need to pay for my tour when I book online?

Yes. Enter your credit card information and your tour tickets will be emailed to you.

Do we have a cancellation policy?

Yes. You may cancel up to 10 days prior before your tour date with no penalty fee. Any cancellations within the 10 day period just before tour date is charged a $50 fee.

Do I need to bring my ticket to get on the tour?

Yes. Your ticket will be emailed to you. You can either print it out; or you can show the tour guide the ticket on your phone.

Are there tasting fees?

No. We pay for the tasting fees at each stop in our all-inclusive ticket price.

Is a meal included?

Yes. A meal is included in the tour price. Each tour has your choice of either BBQ or a Salad.

How long are the tours?

Tours are usually 4-5 hours in length.

Will you wait for me if I’m running late?

If you have provided us with a good contact number, we will try to call you at least a few minutes before we leave. Because we are dealing with brewery staff and other customers schedules, we simply cannot leave later than the departure time listed on our tours; which will be the first time listed on your ticket. We therefore strongly suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes before departure time.

Do I have to be 21 to buy a ticket?

Yes! All I.D.’s will be checked at least once by our staff and probably again at each brewery. So you must bring your I.D.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuities are not necessary for the breweries and their stuff. Your tour guides are always appreciative of tips, although they are not required.
